Chablé, the popular luxury wellness line of resorts, has plans to open a new property just north of La Paz in 2021.
Chablé Sea of Cortez will be a beachfront resort located on a site between two hills with beach access, elevated ocean views and direct access to a main road.
Mexican architect firm Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos has been commissioned to lead the design of the project, which will be one of a kind. The property will feature ocean views from each guest room, while maintaining ultimate privacy and a seamless horizontal integration with the desert landscape.
The property will feature 50 guest rooms including Standard Rooms, Double Villas and a Royal Villa, all built at a 23-degree angle for optimum views. All suites will have a pool and deck that face the Sea of Cortez, with a curving roof and rear garden. Resort amenities will include a spa, restaurants, an event space and a boutique. The property will also offer branded residences.
Chablé Sea of Cortez will join the original Chablé Yucatán and Chablé Maroma in the Riviera Maya.
