Dust off your dancing shoes because this winter, Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit is playing host to a hopping event full of moving, shaking and celebrities! The third annual LaBlast Getaway is going down this November 30-December 3 and will be led by Louis Van Amstel who is a World Dance Champion and “Dancing With the Stars” alum, along with two LaBlast master trainers.
The daily LaBlast fitness classes will be an energetic mix of ballroom dance and interval fitness, so you can gracefully shed your way to a more fit body—and you can do it all by yourself. The partner-free classes will take place in the mornings and will be followed up with cardio building, while the afternoons will be filled with LaBlast Splash in the pool, an aquatic partner-free workout. Come evening, guests can partake in LaBlast Line Dancing, a ballroom take on the traditional country dance. Other traditional ballroom classes like foxtrot and salsa will also be offered, so you can get your full fix of dancing. The classes welcome any age and fitness level and feature easy-to-learn patterns and a wide variety of music—all taking place in the resort’s new dance lounge and outdoors oceanfront.
The LaBlast Package includes unlimited LaBlast classes along with a $50 spa or golf credit per adult per night and one spa hydrotherapy circuit per adult per stay. Guests will also receive a 10% discount at the resort boutique and round-trip airport transportation.
