The home also has other unique details including pebble stone details, ceramic pendant lamps commissioned specially for the villa from Africa, handwoven net pendant lamps found in Thailand, feather artworks from local Sayulita galleries and hand-carved granite stone standalone bathtubs along with granite or slate hand-sanded double vanities.

Amenities include a media room for 20, iPad-controlled sound and lighting system; an in-house spa with a steam room, a cold shower and an outdoor stone tub; an in-house fitness room; a 90-ft. heated infinity-edged lap pool with a Jacuzzi; and more.

For those looking to take full advantage of the prime location, guests have full access to Punta Mita’s Kupuri Beach Club, Resident’s Beach Club, Punta Mita Pier and the tennis center, along with preferred access to the development’s two five-star resorts—Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita and The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort—and the Pacifico and Bahia golf courses. To venture even further out, Casa KoKo offers 8-hour daily driver service complete with a Mercedes Benz and custom-made private excursions, tours and private flights.
