If you’ve had one too many margaritas and are in need of something else, the Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen Resort has a new thirst-quenching menu of specialty gin cocktails, designed and curated by the international staff of the resort.
“Playa del Carmen is more and more becoming a top destination amongst worldly & sophisticated travelers who seek to escape the everyday in a traditional and effortless luxury experience. Our cocktails were created to match with the international taste of those guests who are open-minded, curious, adventurous, fun and original,” said John Commee, Sub Director of Food and Beverages at Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen Resort.

London Calling
- 1.5 oz. The London No. 1 gin
- .75 oz. lime juice
- .75 oz. simple syrup
- .75 oz. Hypnotiq
- Rosemary sprig
- Twist of lime
- B’ui tonic

- 1.5 oz. Bombay Sapphire gin
- .5 oz. apple liqueur
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 2 dashes lemon juice

Red Monkey
- 1.5 oz. Monkey 47 gin
- 4 fresh raspberries
- Dash of lime juice

Mediterranean Tonic
- 1.5 oz. Gin Mare

Michael’s Tonic
- 1.5 oz. Tanquerary No. TEN gin
