Calling all foodies! The Riviera Maya’s upcoming Sabor Festival will treat guests’ tastebuds to savory flavors of the region. The culinary experience is taking place October 10-14 and will feature top local and national chefs, seminars, workshops and more.
Hungry attendees will be able to enjoy a variety of dinner experiences at different locations throughout the Riviera Maya. Themes include a sensory dinner at Thompson Playa del Carmen, a dinner with a cause at Rosewood Mayakoba, a fresh fish-themed dinner at Hotel Xcaret, and a final event that will bring all participating chefs together to feature their fave dishes.
In addition to treating guests to good eats, the festival will promote up and coming chefs through the Young Flavor Contest which will see young chefs compete for the top spot. There will also be a series of workshops dedicated to students and the interested public which will feature chefs and gastronomy professionals discussing current themes and topics related to the world of food.
