Located just a few minutes from Tulum, this beachfront paradise is in the Sian Ka’an Biosphere and surrounded by flora and fauna. Easily accessible but still secluded, the villa is a jungle treasure.
The broad outside decks, spectacular views, rooftop pool, endless beach and multiple areas for relaxing indoor, all contribute to making the villa a true oasis. The grand palapa living room overlooks the azure sea and one can experience spectacular sunrises from the large front deck and majestic sunsets from the private dock facing the lagoon and rooftop.
The integrated architecture and tasteful interior design of the villa make it a unique offering in Sian Ka’an and indeed in the Riviera Maya. The house and the surroundings were designed to maximize the enjoyment and experience of being in the Biosphere Reserve, but at the same time providing ultimate luxury and comfort in a private tropical beachfront paradise.
The villa was built on a 56,381 square feet lot, and it has 3,972 square feet of construction. It was designed by architect Jokin Donnay and Kince Arquitectura, and the interior design was by Susan Jaimeson of Bridget Beari Designs in collaboration with the owners. Great consideration was given to integrating the design into the surrounding with extreme attention to detail. Additionally, the villa has a state-of-the-art “off the grid” energy system and draws almost all of its energy from the wind and sun.
The villa was completed in 2011. A separate adjacent casita houses a chef’s kitchen, a staff apartment, and two additional bedrooms were added in 2014.
