Can you share more about the special moments you can create for companies who want to do a convention? I always find in the details a lot of information that I can use in favor to recommend to my clients. Thinking of a convention involves more planning but bringing confidence to the leader planner and the staff from the company, it’s easier because brainstorming ideas can help both parties to be successful in every event.
Can someone close the entire hotel for a private event like a party? Yes, we have 2 different buy outs, the first option is for the rooms only, and the external guests can still have access to our day pass (beach club and restaurant). The second option is a full buy out, where the guest can book the 70 suites and all our restaurants and beach club, we can pause our day pass access for one or two days, but client will need to cover a fee, to make the property completely private for their group.
Do you have special packages and prices for group travels and retreats? Every quote at Casa Malca, is personalized, according to our clients’ necessities.
What makes Casa Malca stand out as a place to have a convention from other venues on Tulum? We have a ballroom facing the ocean with A/C, no other hotel in the beach zone has a ballroom or a restaurant as us with air-conditioning and with ocean front view. Our property is the only one in the beach zone, that also has a fully equipped gym and more than one venue on different locations, we also have one speak easy venue for after parties. Finally, our property has 180 meters of long beach.
What can you offer to make a birthday celebration more special? An ocean front view venue with an special live BBQ, special lighting, a very intimate, private event, we also have a couple of entertainment options and a DJ, in case they are looking for party. We can also make a dinner in front of the beach, away from the party, that will make the guest enjoy the ocean breeze, listen to the sound of the waves and being surrounded by nature, that is quite the priceless experience. I would recommend to never skip these experiences and to have them in your bucket list, they will not disappoint.
