City you live in: Tulum
Most recent city visited… Malpaís Costa Rica a bit south of Santa Teresa for a Wellness and Art festival during a Month and a half.
A typical day in my life includes… Yoga (breathing, stretching and sharpening the tools we naturally have); Conscious alimentation; Connecting with “random” people in the street with a joke.
I was born… in Cannes, South of France where I grew up till my 18.
When I was younger, I wanted to be… a manual therapist and give massages.
My first job was… Hosting new clients in the familiar retreat center that was a hotel in that moment.
I draw inspiration from: Nature itself
My greatest career achievement thus far is: the personal growth, the practices I have been practicing to be more and more a clear channel and mirror.
My favorite place in town to enjoy an authentic meal is: Wang
People would be surprised to know: in my childhood and teenage times, my surname was ironically “graceful” because smiling was uneasy for me. That’s what brought me to therapies so early, because I was suffering from it.
How did you start in yoga and wellbeing? In my early teenage years I started to get introduced to “the Toltec agreements”, «heal your wounds and find your true self » (Lise Bourbeau) and some practical tools as « the non violent communication» (Marshall Rosemberg) for example. Then YOGA came when I chose to change the full aspect of my Life and let the stability I had in France to go to Mexico. I tried to continue fitting so much in molds and I got desperate, anxiety attacks were part of my everyday life and happened a few times a day… It was so tiring… And my yoga teachers arrived to our hotel to give their advanced teacher training and I dropped in every class. Then I subscribe to my teacher training too.
What is the main purpose of your retreats? To share concrete and easy tools for the balance of different bodies (physical, emocional, mental).
What is the most rewarding part of teaching yoga? Each class is unique, each energy is unique, each moment is unique. And it is always fulfilling by vital energies on both sides.
What kind of retreats and venues do you offer and for what purpose? Yoga and Diving; Naturopathic bases and concrete tools to carry with us. The main purpose is to connect give a chance so you can chose the version of yourself you want to be, to allow the bliss in our full selves.
What is Posada del Agua y Fuego?
Posada del Agua y Fuego is a place to hold, to be host, and to heal. Most of Celeste’s retreats and gatherings are happening there. This venue inspires the magic of a jungle oasis. Eight villa rooms nestled in Chemuyil and ir’s amazing eatable garden elaborate by Georgio, the guardian of the land. FAMILY, AUTHENTICITY, SENSE OF DETAIL, IMPECCABLE SERVICE, SIMPLICITY are the key words of this retreat center.
