Sit back, relax poolside and treat yourself to unending custom-made guacamole and ceviche at one of Riviera Maya’s best all-inclusive resorts.
Grand Velas Riviera Maya has recently introduced a too-good-to-pass-up amenity that will have guests’ mouths watering. New guacamole and ceviche carts will now be making their rounds at the resort’s three infinity-edge pools. Like ice pops that are offered at many resort pools, these fresh snacks will be free and all-you-can-eat, thanks to the resort’s all-inclusive nightly rates.
Thought up by the resort’s Culinary Director Michel Mustiere, the new guacamole and ceviche carts will offer six types of fish and seafood and a selection of tomato, onion, cilantro and various condiments plus seasonal fruits. Guac-lovers can opt for the traditional preparation or can spice it up with 10 different types to choose from including the Caprese made with avocado, dehydrated tomato, mozzarella cheese, basil, parmesan cheese and pesto; Caribbean made with avocado, pineapple, shredded coconut, strawberries, kiwi, mint, honey; and Poblano made with avocado, Poblano pepper, white onion and corn.
Grand Velas Riviera Maya’s all-inclusive resort rates start at $393 per person per night in double occupancy.
