A typical day in my life includes… A way to wind out. Either yoga, pilates, a nice long walk or a coffee with your friends. Anything that sends you to bed nice and relaxed.
I was born… in Mazatlan, Sin. My dad is from India and my mom was Mexican.
My favorite thing about Los Cabos is… THE BEACH! There is something about it. Its smell, its sounds and how it can be the perfect way to give you the energy you so much need.
I’m listening to… Alicia Keys – Falling.
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… you’re putting it difficult. Bryan Adams is my favorite singer so interviewing him to know where he gets his inspiration would be awesome. Late Gabriel Garcia Marquez would have been a PLEASURE! And… well, I get so much from singer Pink, actress Drew Barrymore and my personal psychologist – they seem like strong, independent women that really know what they are doing, I’d love to pick their brains! Oh! Take some dancing classes with Shakira!
One thing I cannot live without… music. I am a frustrated rock star. I suck at singing but do it with all my heart.
When I was younger, I wanted to be… an architect. I used to draw floorplans of homes. I guess anything that is related to creativity moves me.
The one person who motivates me is… my dad. It wasn’t easy bringing us up so I really want to make him proud and see that all that he did paid off.
If I could change anything in the world, it would be… hunger, child abuse. I get so frustrated whenever there is someone missing a meal or a boy being neglected.
The perfect day would be… Being able to have a safe bed where I can rest. Many nights I might be sad, and thousands more when I am so exhausted from all I accomplished but it is okay because I have a place I get to call home.
My favorite escape… the SUP board, a good book, a dinner with my girlfriends.
I’m currently working on… the Issue #15 of Escapes Magazine, Grupo Riveras’ corporate publication about lifestyle and real estate in Baja.
