What makes Mexark stand out from other architecture firms? Our commitment is to take care of every detail of the projects we carry out and to capture the idea of our investors and transform it into the project they are looking for.

All our projects combine contemporary design with functionality, generating a balance that has been reflected in multiple successful projects in which each of its investors have obtained capital gains and yields above average in Tulum.

How is Mexark social and environmentally responsible? We make every effort to apply principles that we consider paramount for a balanced company: Environmental efforts, reducing our carbon footprint and having low density in our projects. Social conscience, donating to charities throughout the year to improve the lifestyle and well-being of the community. Ethical work practices, treating employees fairly and making them feel comfortable working with us. Volunteering, participating in programs to clean the streets and beaches of the Riviera Maya and last but not least, environmentally integrated construction, using green technologies and basic materials such as concrete, wood, glass and steel, respecting nature as much as possible.

How would you describe Mexark’s architectural style? Mexican contemporary

What has been the biggest project that Mexark has done? In terms of dimensions, our largest project is Mayan View, a deluxe project of 32 apartments located in the closest area to the archaeological zone.

Although in sentimental terms, our first project was Muuch Tulum, it is a very special project for us, it opened our minds and doors to make the Riviera Maya our canvas.

Our most luxurious project is INKU, it will be located in Mondo in Selva Zamá, Tulum. The spaces, finishes and materials are focused on offering only luxury, but always understanding the geographical location of where we are, which we consider a great advantage to be able to create unique things compared to the rest of the world.

To date we have built more than 14 projects including houses and apartments and we have designed 22 projects, always focused on offering spaces integrated with nature, combining materials from the region, we try to find a balance between the modern, the functional and above all the “Mexican style”, for us it is important that foreign tourists live and feel Mexico from its textures and colors.

Our last project is called Ah Zoka, it’s located in region 15 in Tulum, here we combine apparent concrete, wood and chukum, wrapped in water, which may sound strange but you are welcome to see the project so you can tell us your point of view.
