A year ago, Mother Nature let loose on the Baja California Peninsula, bringing 125 mph wind and hours of rainfall with her. As the recovery process began, the Los Cabos area banded together and seized the opportunity to rebuild into an even more magnificent and lavish destination city. One look at the tropical peninsula and it’s clear to see they have accomplished just that. Creative and new ideas have been seen popping up in all of the resorts, welcoming a fresh yet familiar vibe to the sun-saturated city.
Many of the top resorts in the area have spent the year rebuilding and have already reopened their doors to guests. Some resorts expected later this year are the JW Marriott, an additional Auberge Resort, and Breathless in December.
