What are some easy at-home ways to quickly destress?
Smell some lavender essential oil, close your eyes and imagine yourself in a paradise. Take three deep breaths with your eyes open, to bring you back to here and now.
What are some tips for making your bedroom/bathroom at home feel more spa-like?
Use good quality linen, spray your favorite essential oil on your pillow before going to sleep, and exfoliate your skin and apply a facial sheet mask once a week.
Any suggestions for types of food or drinks that help fight anxiety?
Any raw food like celery, carrot or cucumber are great when you have cravings related to anxiety. A very hot cup of chamomile tea, at any time, will help you with it.
Do you have any favorite essential oils or wellness products available to purchase online?

Do you have any tips or tricks for fighting insomnia due to anxiety?
Meditation is the key. The book The Power of Now was very revealing for me to keep my anxiety under control! That book is full of tips.
