This winter, three new structures at one of Cabo’s most luxurious all-inclusive resorts will set a new standard of service. On December 22, the adults-only, Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort is set to debut The Towers at Pacifica, a multi-million dollar project that includes the addition of three buildings that will offer an elevated level of luxury service and amenities.
Two of the buildings will house 47 club level suites and rooms with modern decor, warm colors and an elegant, yet casual ambiance. The suites and rooms feature custom-stocked mini bars and refreshment areas, portable Beats speakers, Egyptian-cotton bedding, pillow menu and aromatherapy turndown service. For an even more luxurious stay, guests can opt for one of six pool suites that feature private plunge pools, or the spacious Presidential Suite, located on the top floor of the tower. Spread over 3,233 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, the suite features two king bedrooms each with their own bathrooms, vanity areas and private terraces with a fire pit, Jacuzzi and outdoor shower. The suite also features a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room and dining room that opens up to a grand oceanfront terrace.
With such impressive accommodations, it’s no surprise that the service is even more impeccable. Guests of The Towers at Pacifica will be treated to 24-hour service from butlers who have undergone meticulous training from one of the most exclusive butler and front-of-house training schools in the world: British Butler Institute. These “artists of service” will cater to guest’s needs from the moment the room is booked. Butlers begin communicating with guests immediately after the reservation has been made to help with arrangements, special requests and any preferences a guest might have. Upon arrival, butlers will assist with in-room check-in, unpacking and handling reservations (both on and off property). Butlers also accompany guests on any city excursions to ensure their experience away from the hotel is just as enjoyable as in their room. With such refined service that covers everything from fulfilling special requests to packing up your bags, guests have even more time to fully enjoy Cabo.
A third tower will feature a new gourmet restaurant, bar and outdoor beach lounge on the ground floor; a state-of-the-art fitness center on the second floor and the Towers Lounge on the third floor. The lounge will feature stunning views and a variety of daily rotating cuisine and handcrafted cocktails. Accessible via sky bridge, the Towers Lounge is available exclusively to guests of The Towers at Pacifica.
