In honor of the 25th anniversary of one of Mexico’s most renowned wine makers, Monte Xanic; One&Only Palmilla will be hosting a very special dinner, starring an exclusive 25th anniversary edition of Monte Xanic’s acclaimed 2017 Gran Ricardo. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot has been aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels, yielding a velvety, complex wine. To complement the beauty of this elegant vintage, guests will enjoy a customized, multi-course Mexican dinner. $120

Join acclaimed celebrity chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten as he prepares an unparalleled five-course masterpiece paired with signature wines from Northern California’s Peter Michael Winery. The evening will be capped with a silent auction, offering a rare magnum bottle of their flagship 2006 Les Pavots Bordeaux Blend. The proceeds will go to Los Niños del Capitán, a non-profit dedicated to helping local children of single parents and children living in poverty. $190
