W Mexico City
- 45 ml White tequila
- 15 ml Tamarindo pulp
- 15 ml Orange juice
- 15 ml Pineapple juice
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- Dash of simple syrup
- Worm salt for the rim
Directions: Shake all ingredients in a shaker. Salt the rim with worm salt and enjoy.
W Bogota
- 15 ml Tequila Don Julio Blanco
- 20 ml Ancho de Reyes Chile Liquor
- 3 Bar spoons of guayaba pureé
- 20 ml Grapefruit juice
- 15 ml Ginger syrup
- Splash of Chardonnay wine
Directions: Shake all ingredients except wine with crushed ice. Pour into a wine glass and top with Chardonnay. Add mint and a thin slice of red chili and enjoy.
W Dallas
- 45 ml El Jimador Tequila
- 20 ml Mango purée
- Splash of lime juice
- Pinch of sugar
- Fresh habanero peppers
- Paprika salt rim
Directions: Mix the juices, sugar and tequila together. Salt the rim of a collins glass. Garnish with a lime and habanero pepper.
W Scottsdale
- 45 ml Casamigos Reposado
- Local honey to taste
- Splash of bitters
- Grapefruit peel
Directions: Muddle bitters and honey with tequila. Pour over ice and garnish with grapefruit.
W Santiago
- 45 ml Tequila Patron Silver
- 45 ml Raspberry juice
- 30 ml Pink grapefruit
- 20 ml Tomato juice
- 20 ml Simple syrup
- 3 ml Chili liqueur
Directions: Shake all ingredients together and pour into a glass and garnish with a grapefruit.
W San Francisco
- 45 ml Casa Noble Reposado Tequila
- Splash of Ancho Verde Chili Liqueur
- 65 ml Carrot juice
- Squeeze of lemon
- Honey
Directions: Shake all ingredients together and pour into glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
