Celebrate beautiful artistry and stunning movement on April 7 at The Shoppes at Palmilla as it raises a glass to Gala de Danza, a dance organization joining together artists from around the world in gorgeous Cabo San Lucas. To benefit Gala de Danza, The Shoppes at Palmilla will be hosting a stylish and entertaining cocktail party. The evening will last from 6-9 p.m. with performances by local students from Danza Tellez and guest artist Marianna Carillo, who will make an inspiring return to her beloved Los Cabos.
Gala de Danza brings dancers, choreographers and musicians from 15 different countries together to inspire the young, local dancers of Cabo at a yearly gala, with this year marking its fourth year. Christina Lyon, founder and director of Gala de Danza has been scouting dancers from around the world in her quest to bring some of the best talent to Los Cabos. Its motivation and focus is to offer local dance students first hand exposure to professional dancers, open classes, scholarship opportunities and to enrich the lives of the community. This year’s gala will take place at the Pabellon Theatre on June 3-4.
