One&Only Palmilla is launching their new monthly brunch series on March 8. Taking place the one Sunday each month at Agua from 12 to 4 p.m., the decadent experience will bring together all of the resort’s dining outlets, giving guests the rare opportunity to try each outlet’s signature dishes at once.
Some delicious highlights include Agua’s signature seafood platter, SEARED’s signature Jean-Georges Vongerichten appetizers like crispy hamashi and beef tartare, a live sushi station hosted by Suviche, a live taco station and buffet from Breeze and more.
The variety of cuisine will be presented in a multitude of ways, from gourmet buffets and live cooking stations to plated meals and some even preset at the table. A garden station will offer fresh salads and healthy juices. The mixology team will be offering an array of classic and creative cocktails plus a Bloody Mary corner, and guests will have the chance to visit a bodega-style corner to try some of the wines served at the exclusive wine dinners. To top it off, the pastry team will be making a selection of desserts for a sweet finish.
Additional fun elements include live music and acts to keep guests entertained through the day, a spa corner for mini complimentary massages and a KidsOnly area for youngsters who’s parents are attending brunch.
The brunch will take place March 8, April 12 (Easter), May 10, June 14, October 11, November 8 and December 13.
Priced at $110 for adults with optional wine or Champagne add-on packages, $35 for teenagers aged 12 to 18, $20 for kids aged seven to 12 and kids six and under dine for free. Locals can receive a 20-percent discount with their local ID.
