Cooking Lessons: On Tuesdays, learn to whip up roasted vegetable tacos with different seasonal salsas and on Fridays, learn all about regional salsas. As always, learn to make tortillas the old fashioned way (nixtamal). All cooking lessons include a farm tour, crafted cocktail and lunch. 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. $75 per person.

Plen Air Painting Lessons: Join Francois Paris, owner of O Gallery, and enjoy a wonderful morning of painting field side (Plen Air) at the farm. Classes include all materials needed plus lunch and wine. Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. $100 per person.

Day of the Dead: The 2nd edition of the Day of the Dead Altar Competition will take place on Wednesday, November 2, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. for a private viewing and altar unveiling. Drinks and snacks will be served along with entertainment. No charge. Space is limited.

Real Estate: The Bird’s Eye Cottage (#4) is almost finished and features three-and-a-half bedrooms, four bathrooms and a private dip pool. This is the ninth Culinary Cottage out of a total of 10. Plus, the new Haylofts’ earthmoving stage has officially started.
