Hosted by the resort’s General Manager Fernando Flores and culinary team plus guest chefs, the night will feature traditional regional cuisine, live music, crafted cocktails and savory appetizers paired with Jackson Family Wines of Santa Rosa, California. The night will then conclude with a dazzling fireworks show. Complimentary.

Enjoy live entertainment and all the flavors of the Yucatan and the Baja as Don Manuel’s serves up a specially curated menu. Executive Chef Gustavo Pinet and guest chef Luis Gonzalez from La Paz will serve Mexican favorites while Head Bartender David Hernandez and guest mixologist Fernando Acevedo will create craft cocktails.
