Another hotel to soon join the Los Cabos family is the JW Marriott Los Cabos Beach Resort & Spa opening in early November. The new hotel will be located in the residential development of Puerto Los Cabos and marks Marriott’s 100th hotel in the Caribbean and Latin America. The resort will feature Jasha Spa, complete with sauna, indoor pools, Jacuzzi and a beauty salon. A Mexican restaurant, French restaurant and seafood grill and bar will be the choices for fine dining along with other bars and cafés. The Puerto Los Cabos hotel is a part of Marriott International’s 2015 theme of “crossing new borders,” according to an article by Commercial Property Executive. The article also states that from 2015 to 2018, Marriott International plans to increase their Caribbean and Latin American presence by 75 percent, adding 60 properties to its already 93 hotels in this area of the world.
