August 31: One&Only Mercado
Kick off the weekend by browsing creations from local artists and vendors at the resort’s Hacienda Fountain. Find traditional Mexican designs to modern mixed media artwork and more. The laidback event will also feature music and is the perfect way to spend an evening under the stars. 6 to 8 p.m.
August 31: World Class Cocktail Reception
Visit Vista Bar for a tropical cocktail from the best mixologists in town including award-winning mixologist Ricardo Sandoval. World Class has been instrumental in transforming fine drinking and cocktail culture around the world. 6 to 8:30 p.m.
September 1: Special Wine Pairing Dinner with Chef Federico Lopez and In Wine We Lust
Experience a special culinary event from Chef Federico Lopez who has become one of Mexico’s most popular chefs thanks to his top-notch exquisite cuisine. Teaming up with Chef Larbi Dahrouch, the two will co-host a delicious evening at Agua by Larbi featuring Mexican specialties and wine pairings by In Wine We Lust. 6 to 10 p.m.
September 1: World Class Cocktail Pop Up
Agua Bar will be hosting World Class Mexico winner and Diageo Ambassador, Ricardo Sandoval for a cocktail event featuring fresh and unexpected ingredients from local markets. 6 to 10 p.m.
September 2: Agua Pool Pop Up
Spend your day in the sunshine at Agua Pool while sipping tropical cocktails with a twist from some of Mexico’s most legendary mixologists. 12 to 5 p.m.
