Cuisine
The ultimate private dining experience is taking place July 1 from 6 to 10 p.m. at Hacienda Tower. The Chef Jean-Georges & You experience will feature a full menu of gourmet eats served by the celebrated chef himself. Each course will be complemented with paired wine from Domaine Della, an acclaimed Sonoma County winery. Guests will be gifted a bottle of Domaine Della signed by the winemaker and Chef Jean-Georges.
If you’ve always wanted to cook like a pro, then get ready to learn from the best during the Master Cooking Demo by Chef Jean-Georges. Taking place at Suviche on July 2 at 11:30 a.m., the class will include a rare look at how the renowned chef works his magic in the kitchen and will culminate in a gourmet lunch. Attendance is limited to 10 guests.
After learning from Chef Jean-Georges, mingle with him during the Jean-Georges Vongerichten Dinner at SEARED, July 2 from 6 to 10 p.m. Enjoy a one-of-a-kind menu paired with Domaine Della wine.
For a night of flavorful fun, Mèxico Màgico is offering up a festive evening complete with a live traditional Mariachi performance and gastronomic stations each serving a twist on regional Mexican specialties. The event will take place at Breeze on July 3, from 6 to 10 p.m. Reservations are highly recommended.
Celebrate the sparkling holiday with a 4th of July Fiesta on the resort’s South Lawn from 5 to 7 p.m. A gala barbecue will highlight the evening with a buffet from renowned Argentinian-born chef Dante Ferrero. The family-friendly event will also include live music with DJ Coleman, a petting zoo and a glittery fireworks display kicking off at 9 p.m.
Libations
One of Mexico’s premier tequila producers, Clase Azul, is launching a new custom blend exclusive to One&Only Palmilla. Join the resort’s head mixologist Philippe Zaigue and Clase Azul’s tequila maker to get a taste of the new blend plus a full sampling of the brand’s family of tequilas and spread of canapés. A Taste of Clase Azul & One&Only Palmilla event will take place at Veranda on July 5 & 6 at 6 and 7 p.m.
Sip cocktails while channeling your inner artist during Cocktails & Canvas on July 6 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Agua Bar. Local artisans will lead a painting class accompanied by signature cocktails created by One&Only Palmilla’s head mixologist Philippe Zaigue.
Art
Enjoy a relaxing evening at the Hacienda browsing local art during the Summer Artwalk on July 3 from 5 to 9 p.m. The night will include live music, hand-crafted painting, sculptures and other creations available to take home.
