What’s more, it includes all the necessary toppings plus regional favorites. Start out by choosing a soft flour or corn tortilla from choices like blue, Guajillo and traditional white. Then, fill it up with delicious ingredients like al pastor with roasted pineapple, Poblano peppers with corn, traditional Cochinita Pibil, fried Baja fish, octopus and chorizo with potatoes. Top it all off with a variety of sauces ranging in spiciness like Xni-Pec made with purple onion and habanero chiles; molcajete with tomatoes, onions and roasted serrano chile; and salsa verde. Additional toppings include traditional guacamole and melted Oaxaca cheese. Hungry guests at Grand Velas Los Cabos can even finish with a choco vanilla dessert taco made with chocolate ice cream and topped with Cajeta (Mexican caramel sauce) and cacao.
