Cabo Del Sol, a landmark resort and residential community, has entered a new chapter in its evolution: the new Four Seasons expansion within the 1,800-acre master-planned community signals a well-timed entry into the ultra-luxe market on a site often described as “the first, the best and the last location in Cabo.”
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, one of the world’s leading luxury hospitality brands, has planted its flag on a lovely stretch of coastline fronting the Sea of Cortez. Cabo Del Sol occupies a prime location roughly in the center of the “Tourist Corridor” that connects the cities of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. It is built on 50 beachfront acres in groups of two-story casitas and villas, and sits within the Cove Club, a new private golf and beach club and resort community.
Scheduled to open in mid-2023, the Four Seasons Resort will feature 74 guest rooms and casitas, 17 suites and five villas. An estimated $1.5 million is being spent to build and furnish each guest room. In addition to family and adult pools, multiple dining options, a signature Four Seasons spa, a cutting-edge fitness facility and a Kid’s Club, an open-air mercado (market) will showcase the finest local vendors and serve as the central gathering place for the community. Guests and residents will have access to all ocean and mountain Baja experiences. In addition, 61 Four Seasons Private Residences, clustered in a seaside village, will offer ocean views from spacious, covered terraces overlooking the Sea of Cortes. The limited collection of villas and residences includes two- to five-bedroom layouts up to 5,600 square feet, all with private pools.
