Throughout the month of December, a giant gingerbread house will be on display full of bright gumdrops, candy canes and snowcapped icing. On Dec. 21 & 28, browse the outdoor One&Only Art Market for old and new artworks to find your next favorite piece to take home or head to Breeze for México Mágico, a specialty themed dining event with live music and authentic flavors.
Guests can take part in The Flavours of Baja, a culinary adventure hosted by Executive Chef Sandro Falbo on Dec. 22, 23, 29 & 30. Taking place at the Herb Garden, local faves like chocolate clams and spiny lobster will be paired with a sommelier-curated wine selection and unique cocktails. For tequila fans, a Clase Azul Tequila Tasting will offer two seatings on Dec. 23, 28 & 29. Sip and savor local tequila along with One&Only Palmilla’s handcrafted Joven blend from Clase Azul. Guests will be able to purchase a numbered collector’s edition decanter of the blend.
Christmas
One&Only Palmilla is hosting the merriest of holiday feasts at their stunning dining outlets. SEARED and Agua will both offer Christmas Eve dinners from 6 to 10 p.m. with extensive wine lists and fun cocktails. On Christmas morning, guests can enjoy a traditional mass service in the historic Chapel at 9 a.m. before indulging in Christmas brunch from 12 to 4 p.m. at Agua. The day will include interactive food stations and regional specialties plus bubbly packages to top the day off.
New Year’s Eve
Before ringing in 2020, from 6 to 10 p.m. SEARED and Suviche will both offer New Year’s Eve dinners with a distinctive five-course tasting menu. For a more casual meal, Agua will offer buffet-style starter selections, a plated main course and dessert. Afterwards, the South Lawn will count down to the New Year with a huge party from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. Expect live entertainment and performances from DJ Coleman, free-flowing cocktails and bottle service, late night food stations and Los Cabos’ longest fireworks show.
To really enjoy the final moments of 2019, guests can book exclusive New Year’s Eve party VIP cabanas. All cabanas feature prime seating, a dedicated server, free-flowing Champagne and spirits, Beluga caviar, upscale furniture and lighting, elegant decor and more. Choose from a Premium Cabana (seats up to 8), Prestige Cabana (seats up to 10) or the Exclusive Cabana (seats up to 12), which includes top-tier amenities.
On New Year’s Day, start the year off right at Agua for a Lazy Day Breakfast. From 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., guests can savor Bellinis, live entertainment and an elevated twist on a breakfast buffet with carving stations and cocktail bars.
