Globally celebrated chef, entrepreneur, author and educator at the forefront of the plant-based food movement Matthew Kenney will host a two-day culinary journey at One&Only Palmilla April 23-24. Taking guests through the flavors and ingredients of Mexico, Chef Matthew will curate interpretations of his signatures dishes.
Cooking Demo + Lunch
The two-day event will kick off on April 23 with an intimate cooking demonstration and lunch at the private Herb Garden. Guests will be able to get up close and personal with Kenney and learn more about plant-based cuisine, all while savoring a four-course plant-based meal. Participants will also be able to take home a copy of Kenney’s cookbook PLANTLAB with the opportunity to get it signed later that day by Kenney himself during a special book signing event.
Wine Dinner
On April 24, Matthew Kenney will present an elevated and refined menu of plant-based cuisine. Taking place at the Herb Garden, the five-course experience will be inspired by earth, water, air and fire and will be paired with natural, organic wines from Querciabella, a 100-percent plant-based winery that forbids the use of animal products in their vineyards or cellars.
