What’s better than Christmas in paradise? Christmas in paradise at one of Mexico’s top resorts. This year One&Only Palmilla is hosting a variety of events for guests to celebrate the holidays in true festive fashion and One&Only luxury.
On Christmas Eve, guests can pull a seat up at either Agua by Larbi or SEARED for an evening of specially selected traditional holiday dishes. For Mexican farm-to-table eats head to Agua and for a more meaty evening led by Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, hungry diners should opt for SEARED.
To kick off Christmas morning in true Mexican spirit, the resort’s iconic chapel is hosting a morning of giving thanks followed by a classic dinner and homemade desserts like classic stollen bread, Christmas pudding and a glass of eggnog.
To close out one year and ring in another, Agua by Larbi and SEARED are both hosting New Year’ Eve dinners that feature a specially prepared five-course menu, the perfect prelude to a night a live music and a countdown to midnight at the resort’s exclusive Colors of Mexico party.
