In honor of National Cocktail Day (March 24) and every other day of the year, we’re sharing the signature recipes from some of Mexico’s top resorts so you can sip up the flavors of Mexico from home.

Paraíso

La Colección Resorts by Fiesta Americana

Planter Punch, from Fiesta Americana Villas Acapulco

  • 1.5 oz. Bacardi white rum
  • 2 oz. Orange juice
  • 2 oz. Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. Lime juice
  • .25 oz. Grenadine

Directions: Served in a Collins glass with orange wedge garnish.

Apple Pie Martini, from Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos All-Inclusive Golf & Spa

  • 1 oz. Apple Pucker apple liqueur
  • 1 oz. Cinnamon syrup
  • .5 oz. Captain Morgan Rum
  • Dash of lime

Directions: Served in a tall martini glass with green apple slice and cinnamon garnish.

Paraíso, from Fiesta Americana Cozumel All-Inclusive

  • White wine
  • Sparkling wine
  • Watermelon liqueur
  • Dash of lime juice
  • Dash of cranberry juice
  • Add fruit

Directions: Served in a white wine glass with a sugar rim and pineapple and raspberry garnish.

Bastian Martini, from Grand Solmar at Rancho San Lucas

  • 2 oz. Silver tequila
  • 1 oz. Kahlua liquor
  • 1 oz. Agave syrup
  • 1 oz. Lime juice

Directions: Mix all ingredients in a mixer glass and serve in a martini glass.

Berries Mermaid, from Grand Solmar at Rancho San Lucas

  • 2 oz. Absolut vodka berries
  • 1 oz. Lime juice
  • 1 oz. Natural syrup
  • 3 Basil leaves
  • Dash of cranberry juice

Directions: Mix all ingredients in a mixer glass and serve on the rocks in an Old-Fashioned glass.

Mezcalita Grill, from Grand Solmar at Rancho San Lucas

  • 2 oz. Mezcal
  • 1 oz. Triple Sec
  • 1 oz. Lime juice
  • 1 oz. Agave syrup

Grilled pineapple and orange and rosemary leaves

Directions: Mix all ingredients in a mixer glass and serve on the rocks in a copper mug.

Sunset Cocktail, from Playa Grande Resort & Grand Spa

  • 1.5 oz. Vodka
  • 1 oz. Pomegranate liquor La Pinta
  • 3 oz. Cranberry juice
  • 15 g. Pomegranate

Directions: Mix all ingredients in a mixer glass and serve in an Old-Fashioned glass.

Red Passion, from Playa Grande Resort & Grand Spa

  • 6 Raspberries
  • 1.5 oz. Vodka
  • 2 oz. Cranberry juice
  • .5 oz. Lime juice
  • 5 g. Serrano chile

Directions: Mix all ingredients in a mixer glass and serve in a martini glass.

Seadust Margarita

Mexique

  • 1.5 oz. Santanera Organic Tequila
  • .5 oz. Damiana liqueur
  • 1 oz. Lime juice
  • 1 oz. Natural syrup

Directions: Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a martini glass and finish with Grand Marnier foam and Bitters. Top foam with a dash of Poblano chile and garnish with an orange twist.

Seadust Cancun Family Resort

Seadust Margarita

  • 2 oz. Tequila Reposado
  • .25 oz. Blue Curacao liqueur
  • 1.5 oz. Triple Sec
  • 1 oz. Lime juice
  • 1 oz. Pineapple juice
  • 10 Small cubes grilled pineapple
  • 4.5 Limes

Directions: Serve in a tumbler beverage glass with a salt rime and garnish with pineapple and lime.
