Kababie Architects is a relatively young firm led by Elias Kababie that already has a portfolio of more than 30 projects in the residential, commercial and corporate area. His creations have been recognized with national awards like “Premio AMDI” and “Premio PRISMA” and the team has also participated in special events like “Destination Mexico” at the MoMA in New York, and have become part of exhibitions like Habitat Expo, Zona MACO, Design Week and Salone del Mobile in Milan Fair. Elias Kababie has translated his style in each of his projects, while meeting customer needs. KM apartment, shown here has two levels that separate the public spaces downstairs from the private spaces upstairs, which are communicated through the sculptural staircase that serves as one of the stars of the space. The color palette used in this apartment is full of tones of gray and brown to denote elegance and warmth, and as you can see, the favorite material was undoubtedly marble, followed by wood. The cosmopolitan style of this area, together with the sophisticated atmosphere make it an ideal home for people who appreciate innovative design and the quality of classic materials.
