It is a beautiful boutique hotel with 32 rooms in front of the beach on the coast of Todos Santos, Baja California Sur. This hotel is the first property of Bunkhouse, and the architecture office that was in charge of developing this wonderful hotel is the the Texan Lake | Flato, who developed a project in which the hotel fits perfectly with the natural context of the area.
Throughout the hotel, the rooms and the spaces that it is made of showcase panoramic views that offer unforgettable landscapes of Punta Lobos and Sierra de la Laguna. Todos Santos is known as a magical town and the atmosphere of the hotel emphasizes this feature in every detail. The hotel has rustic decor and contemporary magic with a minimal style that reminds you that you are in Mexico but without feeling the folklore to the maximum. It is the perfect combination to enchant the senses and while creating peace and a connection with the surroundings. The hotel has a swimming pool, a library and other common spaces to create a sense of community within the same space, all inspired by the Baja California of the 70’s.
Each room is different but all have floor-to-ceiling windows with sea or mountain views and most of them have terraces and outdoor patios. All the decoration is handmade from Guatemalan textiles to Mexican ceramic pieces. The furniture was designed in Guadalajara and the mattresses are handmade with coconut fiber, cactus and marine algae.
