When talented working teams get together to develop a project, the result can only be one: excellence. The author of Casa IPE is the Architect David Pedroza Castaneda from P + 0 Arquitectura, while the share of construction was carried out by Xolal Construcciones, Ernesto Ponce, Aluminios-EGA, ARV Herreria and Carpinteria Ulloa. Other collaborators were engineer Emilio Gonzalez in the area of structures and Adriana Martinez in construction. The inhabitants of the house are not only people, but also man’s best friends, yes, dogs, and for that reason they had to create several outside areas for coexistence. The house is located in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, which is one of the most important cities in Mexico. The project is as if they had built a concrete and glass prism that turns your gaze to the garden, with an extraordinary view of the city. The style of the house is definitely industrial, reinforced by materials and linear forms congruent with the space. While the color palette focuses on neutral tones, accents of color in the furnishings give a touch of joy and originality. The facade of the building, its gardens and terraces meet the requirements of the terrain and create a beautiful exterior and interior.
