Esperanza is located in Cabo San Lucas and was recently renovated to offer the most exclusive and relaxing experience in Baja.
The romantic oceanfront property focused on sophistication and comfort for its renovation. The spaces were transformed by HBA Hospitality Group, led by Backen/Gillam Architects and Mario Maldonado of GV Arquitectos, along with George Girvin. The interior design was overseen by Mary Alice Palmer of HKS Hospitality Group, who focused on a natural palette inspired by the colors of the earth, drawing inspiration from nature for this new vision.
The resort comprises 59 rooms and 96 one-to-four-bedroom villas, all with outstanding views of the Sea of Cortez, as each room features an outdoor terrace. The dining experience can be enjoyed at one of the five different restaurants, all directed and supervised by renowned chef Alexis Palacios. Cocina del Mar overlooks the resort’s two private beaches, and the menu is crafted based on the Sea of Cortez and Cabo’s verdant farms. La Palapa is a casual outdoor Mexican dining space ideal for enjoying tacos, ceviches, and margaritas. La Terraza Americana is located near the infinity-edge pool and specializes in salads, sandwiches, and other light lunch dishes. The Lounge Bar is a cantina that offers appetizers and light meals, with a primary focus on creating amazing cocktails, mezcal, and tequila tasting experiences. Finally, Las Estrellas, surrounded by a pool and gardens, is a great option for family gatherings and enjoying Italian specialties and Mexican seafood.
