Talking about Taller David Dana is talking about sophisticated, detailed and high-quality Architecture. We are used to each of their projects being impressive, I literally want to transport myself to those spaces and live them over and over again, and this is no exception; Camilo Apartment is a residential project in which light plays an extremely important role as the protagonist, in conjunction with the materials and furniture, to create what I would call a dream come true.
Elegant, comfortable and functional are three of the words that best describe this place, in which the language of a contemporary, detailed and artisan Architecture was retaken; this achieves that the space is loaded with contextual identity and with a current language through time. Two of the most important guidelines from which the apartment was designed are the opening towards the beautiful external views and the fact that they wanted to concentrate the development of activities in an organized way.
The main area features a dining room for fourteen diners with a design of radial pendant lamps, followed by a grand piano and a game table in the center; finally, there is the living room that ends with a large panoramic window and several details, which undoubtedly make it so special. The selection of floors integrates gray basalt stone, oak engineered wood, Carrara marble and porcelain, while the lighting concept creates a warm environment and accentuates materiality through pendant lamps, airships and LED strips. The terrace defines its own program based on a seating area around a firepit, a dining room and a grill, creating a space for contemplation and social interaction. The unique architecture of the private areas configures an interior of great formal beauty, which highlights for the contrast between the wood paneling and the peaceful white walls.
Once again, it is demonstrated that the team led by David Dana meets and exceeds the expectations of its clients and followers, which are inspired to continue creating honest Architecture, always hand in hand with beauty and functionality.
