Luxury lifestyle hotel Thompson Playa del Carmen is launching Full Moon Dinners at the intimate, oceanfront Thompson Beach House.
The 27-room property will host its first Full Moon dinner on Friday, April 19 in celebration of April’s “Pink Moon” with a special, three–course menu curated by C Grill Executive Chef Daniel Manzano Flores. Guests will dine on the sand under the moon and stars while listening to live music and enjoy a selection of cocktails and dishes including fresh ceviche, lobster, shrimp-stuffed jalapeno chiles, cauliflower steak, as well as smoked brisket and grilled tomahawk.
Thompson Beach House will host its Full Moon Dinners each month and reservations are required.
