One&Only Palmilla is taking this holiday season up a notch with culinary activities, a Christmas market, special dinners and plenty of festive fun all month long.
Exclusive Culinary Weekend

Join Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten for an exclusive culinary weekend. Start off with a hands-on cooking class followed by a guided farm tour before digging into a fresh lunch prepared with locally caught seafood. The following night, enjoy a five-course dinner paired with Merry Edwards Winery at SEARED. $1,010 per night for two guests, inclusive of accommodations in a Premier Ocean Front Room, daily breakfast, guided farm tour and cooking class with Chef Jean-Georges and a five-course dinner with wine pairing at SEARED.
Christmas Market

This common European tradition is headed to Cabo this year as One&Only Palmilla showcases local vendors and artisanal crafts. Guests can peruse the shops while soaking up the holiday vibes. The night is then topped off with a cocktail party with hand-crafted drinks, live music and a few magical surprises.
México Mágico Cultural Dinners
Daily in December, 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. at BREEZE
Experience all the best flavors and smells of authentic Mexican cuisine during daily dinners at BREEZE. Dishes will be inspired by the culture and traditions of the unique regions throughout the country and will be accompanied by breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez. Enjoy food, family and live entertainment.
For even more festive fun, guests can take part in Giant Gingerbread House Decorating, artisanal coffee and chocolate tastings, a Pre-Hispanic Tapas Bar, and a Maestro Tequilero Experience. Master tequileros will teach guests what goes into making some of the world’s most recognized tequilas. For those keen on vino, Mexican wine and cheese nights at the resort’s historic Chapel will serve up a large selection of both found throughout Mexico’s various regions.
