C Grill: The hotel’s quieter, more laid back Beach House is hosting a four-course romantic meal on Valentine’s Day at their signature seaside restaurant, C Grill. Specially curated and loaded with some seriously fresh eats, this dinner will set the mood for the night and includes:
Amuse Bouche: Wild mussel, pickled serrano, radish, charred onion, ashes aioli and cilantro
Appetizer (choice of one):
Scallop and Shrimp Aguachile: Cucumber, smoked melon and dry chorizo
Avocado Canelloni: Grilled octopus, sweet an charred onion purée, radish and plantain
