Have you ever wondered why there are houses that make us feel strangely content when we are in them? This is because its interior design had a great execution and met its goal: to achieve aesthetics that please the eye while also creating a sense of peace, pleasure and fulfillment with its inhabitants. In Casa AFS Lomas Country, located in the Estado de Mexico, the renowned architectural firm Vieyra Arquitectos took advantage of the excellent location of the house as it faces a ravine, creating a sense of being immersed in the forest, while also providing plenty of privacy. The conceptualization of this project was based on fusing the interior and exterior together as if they were one, blending the terrace into the integrated spaces. The interaction of the spaces flow so that each one is linked to the other, achieving natural transitions using the selected materials. While the house has fun and original features, it does not compete with the habitability, since everything coexists in a harmonious way. In addition to designing the interiors of Casa AFS Lomas Country, Vieyra Arquitectos was also involved in its furniture design, which makes the project successful in an integral way. They also worked with other major firms like Mestre Arquitectura, who was in charge of the architectural project; Entorno, who was in charge of landscaping; and Luz + Forma, in charge of the lighting. There is no doubt that Vieyra Arquitectos pleased us by sharing this creation where luxury and sophistication are perceived in every detail, and thus showing the quality of work done in Mexico. Congratulations to this great company that has been dedicated to exalting the name of the country with projects that make us all sigh.
